as the g20 summit goes on, trying to fix the "global economy", the economy that's fake anyway, the smartest thing to do now is to certify a gold-backed currency as a global trading norm, since global trading isn't going away anytime soon. the united states, the country where the mess started, still holds the veto when it comes to any decision, it only proves that capitalism isn't working.
if ayn rand was alive today i'd make her eat her books.
three books that have so much in common: atlas shrugged, manifest destiny and the bible. all justify retarded actions for a higher purpose and a secure future, a future that never fucking comes.

the bible is strangely quiet about this universal issue, while not shy about all varieties of other sexual circumstances and perversions... in great detail relating to sex with animals, etc. yet the bible says nothing about masturbation. this is odd, don't you think?
some, mistakenly, cite onan in gen 38:9 as signifying that masturbation is a sin. in fact, "onanism" has turned out to be a synonym for masturbation. but this is evidently a mistake, and a rather foolish one at that. we know what onan did, for it is spelled out for us in lurid detail; and we know why it was a sin: he was spitefully using and cheating tamar in way that was immoral. in any case, what onan was doing was certainly not masturbating, and you have to be pretty foolish to miss this.
notice what the bible says about onan:
"judah got a wife for er, his firstborn, and her name was tamar. but er, judah's firstborn, was wicked in the lord's sight; so the lord put him to death. then judah said to onan, "lie with your brother's wife and fulfill your duty to her as a brother-in-law to produce offspring for your brother." but onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so whenever he lay with his brother's wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from producing offspring for his brother. what he did was wicked in the lord's sight; so he put him to death also." (genesis 38:6-10)
it was onan's duty to marry (or to sleep with) his dead brother's wife and to provide offspring who would carry on his dead brother's name. notice that onan did not masturbate, but rather he slept with his brother's wife as was his duty. however, because of his wicked and greedy heart, he deliberately prevented her from being able to conceive a child, which meant that onan's dead brother would have no heirs. this is the sin for which the lord put onan to death, it had nothing to do with masturbating.
in fact, there is no place in scripture where masturbation is even cited, much less forbidden. this is a very odd situation since it is so common a human experience, and given that scripture speaks of other sexual sins (some fairly perverse and rare) without any shyness at all.
with the moral aspect aside, let’s look at the practical aspects of masturbation. anyone well versed with the murders that paul bernardo and his wife karla homolka committed could imagine this. what if paul bernardo masturbated every time before he sodomized and killed one of his victims? what if the boston strangler did the same? most of the serial killers for that matter.
is masturbation good if done to prevent an even greater sin?
